Run on any container platform

Apinizer publishes OCI-compliant images to hub.docker.com/u/apinizercloud. Pull them with Docker, Podman, or containerd; run them on Kubernetes, OpenShift, Nomad, or any platform that schedules containers. The commands below track the release picked above — 2026.04.5.
